my suggestion is first go over your safe options with your doc to get thru this. since you've used for so many years detox treatment may be the better solution, imho. your drugs useage may have built up a half life in your body. once one stops there are challenges til you completely detox, one being severe cravings. but there many other side effects that may be dangerous unless you are in the care of those who can help you medically be safe. your 4 day binge is not the major probem. your 9 yrs. of abuse is the critical fact.
