Could we use this set of emoticons?

These may be plain, but I think they're more expressive than the original or creepy ones. In the original set, the crying emoticon looks like it has black eyes, yet it still manages to inspire no degree of sympathy in me. The party hat emoticon is ... disturbing. And there's no emoticon that could indicate fiendish delight, which is one I sorely need in order to portray my feelings more accurately.
