I'm really impressed by how much everyone exercises. For those who are ashamed of not doing formal exercise for months...I haven't done any in at least 2 years!

And even then I could only stick to my program for a few weeks to a month at best, before something would lead me off the trail.
Like AniManiac, I do get a lot of physical activity in just from walking my hilly campus. Last semester, I walked at least 40 min/day twice a week. But I never went searching for it; I had to do the walking to get to class, lol. I would love to get back into exercising, but by now I'm so out of shape that the shame actually keeps me away. I did manage to do 15 crunches and 2 lunges (one on each side) today...I really am going to have to start small! haha
