Can I borrow a dog?? Actually, since I have had depression and put on weight, I totally isolate myself, even get my groceries delivered coz I cannot find the inner strength to go out!!! This was one of the things that my cpn was supposed to be working on with me, but I havent heard from the mental health team since October last year, I have phoned and left messages but to no avail, so they can also bite me too!
