On of the things I had to do when I was going in and out of the hospital was identify what it was that set off the cycle. It took a lot of hard work with my T and Pdoc but we finally figured it out and got me on the right meds and slowed down the trips to the Hospital. We also started working out ways to not have disasterous endings getting me to hospital. I started going in before I acted out.

Things slowly improved. I don't have a quick fix. I used to be in and out of the hospital constantly. Today, I don't have to be. (So Far) it's still an option if my meds don't straighten me out.
