I had something similar going on a could of winters ago, and I finally went to the doctor and had a ton of blood work done and everything was completely normal. It turned out it was depression (which I had never had before and totally didn't recognize). I started Wellbutrin (which works quickly) and was better within a few days. SUCH a relief.
