Thank you for the information. I went on the site and found some of my "alters" described as I know them (mute, no names, emotions). That helped. I am still in the denial stage and am ready to jump ship anytime anything doesn't fit what I know to be DID. I will try to get to know my system and will accept what ever we know about each other and be satisfied with that. It has taken several days for us to start talking to each other again. I think part of that was because we were scared due to a recent episode and another part is my denial issues. I just have to take my time. I will hopefully be able to explain this to my therapist. I know she would understand, I'm just not sure I will bring it up once I get into session. Thanks again. It helps to not feel alone.
