I took my son back to University 2 days ago. The house is always sad for a little bit after he goes back. I am so proud of his independence and I know this is the way it is supposed to be. Even though I have a busy life and I don't dwell on this, sometimes I miss the little boy that is gone forever so much it hurts!
I think I'll go for a run and take my mind of it.
