Ok, here's the question. Who can dx a person with Bipolar and/or Borerline ect... ? Does it have to be a psychiatrist, psychologist, or can your therapist be the one? My psychiatrist dx me bipolar II after only seeing me for 5 minutes (no joke). However my T says Bipolar and Borderline, with Borderline being my main issue. Do I have to go back to my psychiatrist to get the dx changed or can my T do it? My psychiatrist just doesn't have time for me..
