You are very intuitive to recognize a pattern of behavior that is unhealthy and obsessive when it comes to your relationship with food, weight and your body. Most anorexics I put myself in that most struggle with that ability. I would recommend assembling a treatment team immediately. Find a good therapist, nutritionist and doctor that can monitor your weight on a regular basis. If you can get ahead if this now you will be in a great position to regain control if your fears.
