Sometimes (and more lately) I get this weird internal shaking feeling, just like shivering when you are cold, but I'm not usually cold and it's not on the outside. It just feels like it's in my chest or my stomach or something deep inside if me, and I can't control it. Is this normal? Is it a symptom of anxiety? Because I just saw some stuff online about it, and apparently it is not normal.
