The most therapeutic part of therapy is letting it all out, just as it is, examining it with T and then working on it. This is how therapy is supposed to go. If you were all put together flawlessly why would we need therapy? We are all okay just the way we are. We all deserve to be loved, just the way we are. We don't need to be perfect to be loved. Can we work on things to make our lives better? You bet. But even so, we are okay just the way we are.
