I did it today,I couldn't control it and cut,I feel pretty guilty about it now,but in another sense when I see what I did it makes me want to do more now.I hate that feeling because it's hard to get it to go away.Life seems like its getting worse instead of better.I know that it just looks that way but trying to make myself believe that is easier said than done.I'm trying to change my mindset it just seems really hard to do right now.I hope that I can just keep myself from doing more.
