Today/yesterday is out first snow day of the winter also. Wind blowing & light snow blowing with the wind. We are only supposed to get about 1 inch & with all the wind, will be surprised if it even looks like that much. I was out driving in it tonight.....went to Bible study at a neighbor's house. As I was driving down the road with my huge heavy truck & as I went around a curve, I felt my truck slip. Leo was under my arm & when I went to push him away, I really felt my truck slip even more. I'm good at recovering before anything happened but quickly put in in 4 x 4 & had no problems from that point. Snow is so beautiful with the white sparkling crystals. I love driving at night in the snow....it always feels like I'm flying some space vehicle & the white fluffy snow feels like flying through the stars. I can hear the wind knocking around my hanging swing on my porch.....forgot that I had untied it after last year......not going out there at this time of morning to tie it back up that's for sure.
