Sorry you're having a tough time right now. My husband also has problems with making mistakes related to his ADD. Are you being treated for it? Could it be time for a medication change? Are there a lot of distractions around that could somehow be minimized? Is there one particular area where the mistakes are happening or is it more of a general focusing issue? I'm not sure what employment resources you have available in Israel, but here in the US, ADD is considered a disability and employers are required to make accommodations for it if at all possible.

There may be things you can do to make your workplace more ADD-friendly or tools you can use to improve your focus and reduce your stress levels when things don't go well.
