9 times total in about the span of 3 years. Haven't been in the hospital in over 7 months though, which I'm really happy about.

Although they weren't pleasant experiences for the most part, I am grateful for the help I received. Without the psych hospital, I would be dead right now. That being said, I hope to never go back.
