Hi Suki22, I feel like this too - eating does help soothe me at the time, but then afterwards when I stand on the scales I feel bad about myself. The days that I do manage to eat little I feel more positive.
I know this isn't healthy and I see a T - we are working on ways of dealing with the feelings in more appropriate ways, and I do think that is the way forward for me in being able to find other ways of dealing with my feelings other than food.
Do you see a T for your depression?
