I agree with the other posts, you say your pdoc agreed to let you go home on the condition that if you felt worse then you should go back in. You are saying you feel worse, so I do think you should go back.

Your pdoc is a professional and wouldn't give advice that he / she doesn't think is good advice. I appreciate that hospital is not always a great place to be, but it may be better to go now if you are starting to dip - maybe this will stop you dipping any further.
