My guess is that, although she has your file, she just wanted to get the story from you first hand and not rely on what others have written in your file, as your take on your life is the most important. Also she may have wanted to see if anything had changed since the notes were written.

You don't have to answer this, but perhaps think about what you want from telling her you SI. Is there a reaction you are hoping for? What if it does or doesn't happen?
