Coming out of hospital is a very hard thing to do for many people as it starts to feel like the safe place to be. I found it extremely difficult to leave the hospital environment after being an in patient for the majority of 3 months, a few years ago. I have kept myself out of it because I knw how dependant on it I become and how hard it is to try and adjust back to life outside.

If your Psychiatrist said that you should go back in, if your feeling worse- which you say you do feel, then that is probably the best thing.
