You are not alone, you sound just like me, and there's tons of people like us everywhere! I could give advice like "do something you enjoy doing, read a book, go for a walk, try to meditate" but all that is crap that doesn't really work. lol All I can say is "wait it out" or something that I have tried is sometimes I tell my brain/mind/logic to eff off and that despite what they tell me to feel I will be happy coz it's my prerogative.
