I used to have nightmares that would paralyze me, i would dream that i woke up and this awful spirti was in the room and i knew i was dreaming but i was paralzyed and couldnt wake myself up..it was awful.. i learned two tricks.. do not eat sugar before bed and excercise atleast 3 days a week for atleast an hour and listen to soothing music along w bible reading before bed!
