This has been going on for about a year? Stress can really take a toll on people, some more than others.

Certainly the symptoms you mention could be associated with depression, but, to be safe, it would be advisable to get a full medical checkup. Does your situation allow you to do that?
Go with that. As best you can, allow yourself the freedom to not be healthy. Please explore this site and keep posting.
