I'm so sad today, the one thing that has really been helping me mentally I can no longer do for now. I'm sure most of you know how I feel about my Bikram Yoga. Really it helps keep me here.
I tore my hamstring pretty bad. I tore into two major parts, quite a lot of internal bleeding and bruising down the back of my thigh. The dr said not to be surprised to see bruising all the way down to the foot

And PAIN. Lots of pain, hard to extend my leg or bend down. So my dr told me no more yoga for now, I will be going to physiotherapy instead. What a kicker!!! I'm pretty down about it. I love going there and I need to go there. My dr said months, I am so hoping not. anyways , I am sad with this.
