What to do? Well depends on circumstances, maybe talk to your Prof or dean?
Write them a letter about how you plan to improve yourself?

Are you afraid to tell your parents? I don't know your age or how your edu is being paid for.

I didn't read your profile, if you're in high school then parents will need to get involved.
