I can tell you that of all the drugs used for PTSD, the most evidence exists supporting the SSRIs. That's based on the published literature, as analyzed by the Cochrane staff. Of that evidence, other authors report that good old Prozac has the best track record. It also happens to be the easiest SSRI to withdraw from.

Those are statistical views of the situation. They don't take into account individual differences. I truly hope you find something that works.
