Those were exactly the things I was going to say. If you have anyone at all that you could talk to (I know you probably don't but maybe you should try to find one), then I think it would really help. Also, writing down how I feel usually helps me. So next time you feel the need to SI, please try journaling first, and good job going a month! That in itself means you're a strong person and you can do it again

I know I need to find someone, I just don't know who... And I will try, and hopefully I can do it again, so many times through out that month I thought about it....
