I really do hope you are feeling better. It is amazing how during those times that we can be really spurred on into making some simply changes that can last, with great impact.
This past couple of days have been difficult dealing with a loss, and then with familial and friend obligations. I am losing myself in all this trying to keep head above water, and am trying to keep to a routine as best as I can to keep just moving. I've lost some weight but more so from not taking very good care of myself with all the stress, so I have to be more mindful of this. Tomorrow will just be school and time to myself hopefully to regroup and gets some walks in, and something else that will be the fun choice of the day. Goal: to follow through with those 2 things.
