I tend to just focus on 1 thing at a time. My BPD has explained so many behaviours and traits I have, but my depression is what really hinders me so that is my main focus; I feel a lot of my other dx's could be dealt with better if my mood was better. This may just be my way of not dealing with the other stuff, but it means I don't get overwhelmed by everything. When certain symptoms of BPD become an issue for me, I bring them up with my T and we work on resolving them before returning to 'the other stuff'! Good luck.
