Lol! I doubt that would of went down well Maybe they just want you to NOT make the mistakes they did in life ie not sticking in at school..... Obviously having you and your siblings has been a chosen road for your parents and they wouldn't be without you. How about asking them why they don't see what your doing as being the right direction for you? There is obviously a reason?
