Alors, Fabrice! Bienvenue au PC! Anger and depression, my T told me, are two sides of one coin. The healthiest way to discharge anger (what you call irritation) or to deal with depression is to go for a run or a jog, some kind of physical exercise. When my T told me this I didn't believe her. I argued with her. I really didn't want to exercise. But she finally persuaded me to try it. And so, rather grumpily, I did try it. And she was right. It worked. Jogging, walking, running, doing a treadmill, anything to get the blood circulating really quickly. What they call "aerobic" exercise. If you really try it, you'd be amazed.
You may want to try working with a therapist yourself, one or twice a week. If you find a good one you can learn lots from them. Important things.
