Has anyone tried Zumba? A friend sent me "kit" for lack of a better term, discs and a dumbell set to use to change of the routine. He was saying how even for him how much he enjoyed it and it helped with cardio. I had heard this from another friend, who called it "fun" before at a place where she took classes; so I am looking forward to trying it. Should be interesting anyhow.
Goal today: walk and to Zumba, see how coordinated I am not.
