I am getting extra help. I started a smoking cleanse, which combines natural vitamins that help cleanse the toxins out faster with natural herbs that help get rid of anxiety and mood swings. I take 5 vitamins at different times of the day and also have tablets that I chew to curb cravings. I am trying to get into cognitive behavioral therapy to deal with my issues in a healthy way, but so far no luck.
Mornings are pretty easy, after a couple cups of coffee and an orange I feel pretty good. It's night time that's a struggle. I end up nervous, pacing, twitching, crying, etc.
Off topic, but, I dunno if I've ever told ya, I had an australian shepherd/cattle dog mix. Best dog I ever had.
