I am extremely concerned about my great nephew who has ADHD. He has been in trouble with the law, school, and has been to Juvie Hall 3 times. He doesn't seem to learn his lesson. The last time was because he stole a teacher's cell phone while on probation from Juvenille Hall. I mean, how dumb can one be? Was he even thinking?
