Just a thought: Sounds like when I have an anxiety attack. Stomach very upset, nauseous, hard to breath, wanting to throw up. Not sure but you might try just sitting down for a few and breath. Take a long breath through the nose, let the air out through the mouth very slowly. Repeat 5 or 6 times or more, this might calm you down. Again I am not a doctor - just an idea.
