I have absolutely no words of wisdom, but wanted to send some hugs.

I guess I do want to say that I think it's really important to be able to talk about "T and Me". And I guess also to remind you that it's important to fact-check with T. YOU feel like you've burned out T, but did T say that? Maybe it's worth exploring?
