It's good that you got it off your chest. I think most of us here can relate to what you're going through on a lot of levels. Feeling bad and guilty about our situation makes us feel worse about ourselves, even we try not let it and don't want to feel hurt or to hurt anyone else. The only thing that keeps me from feeling sad and angry all the time is when I can remember that we didn't ask for bad things to happen and we did the best we could to protect ourselves when we weren't able to get away or fight back. I hope you had a good session with your T and I hope you feel better about things, if not now, soon.
