Have they figured out what is going on with you healthwise? I know I had migraines that were actually 24/7. They never really ended. I was on 100 ug/h Fentynal, but it had no effect. I was going into the ER every 3/4 days for 200mg shot of Demoral. That would relieve the migraine for about 8 hours & then the migraine would come back. It was horrible until I was finally put on 2 100ug/hr fentynal patches. Haven't had a migraine for over 3 years now.....how wonderful to get my functioning life back. It isn't the usual remedy for migraines because it is totally a narcotic & the highest dose possible (my mother wasn't even on that high of dose when she died of cancer).

When I was in the psych ward of the hospital, I met several people who had all the joint pain on top of their depression.....or maybe the depression was from the pain. They said that their neurologist had done tests & found out that it was Fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is dx'ed when there is soft tissue pain, fatigue, stiffness, sleep problems, headaches, depression/anxiety, & many other symptoms. There is treatment that helps with the pain, & then the depression also. Of course I am not Dx'ing you, but I would think that after all the tests you have been through, they would have come up with some DX by now. I know that the neurologist I was seeing when my migraines first got so bad, & then when I had a parkinsons reaction to a couple of my meds (thorzeine, & compozine), he initially thought I might be dealing with fibromyalgia. Luckily the Fentynal has given me my functional life back.....until the trauma I went through last year messed me up trying to deal with the PTSD from it.

Maybe if you can get your pain under control.....seeing a neurologist, or even a pain management specialist (I now have a pain specialist giving me the fentynal).

I hope you can get your functional life back......that may be an incentive for JJ to back off with the helper.

I agree with the others to get her out of the picture, but I also think you need the right help to get your pain under control....I know it was horrible for my husband to continually take me to the ER & wait for 6-12 hours just to get a pain shot.....then be accused of being narcotic seeking when I was just seeking pain relief. Haven't been to the ER for pain since I got on to the right dose of fentynal. (2 patches changed every 72 hours). It is wonderful because there is no rollercoaster pain.

Hope you can find a solution to your pain....that may open your door back up with JJ.
