well, since its only recently that i've recog. this dx to be my main disability, with the help of my therapist I'm able to become aware of my rigidness and control it to a suff. degree in most things except my studies, This remains the core of my problem, from where everything has stemmed perhaps, and i still struggle a lot not to procrastinate work and to avoid re reading of stuff to get it perfect. but i guess the best way is to get down to doing the right things and as the mind is trained to be more aware of such things, with practice we can undo past behav. patterns n devl new and healthy ones.
