For instance sometime (no pretty often) my girls make me so irritated. And not normal kid irritation, like they do littlest thing I gt SO angry. I know it's no fun to have your emotions go up, down, sideways...it's exhausting.
I downloaded this meditation app on my iPhone that talks you through breathing exercises with relaxing sounds, and it's helped quite a bit most of the time

Yes it is exhausting. But I think I'll try to find an app or something like that too
