I thought I would give my thoughts on those having trouble with the chat.....

Try emptying your temp files and cookies or cache.....I would also suggest running a spyware scan on your systems. Spyware are viruses you can pick up while surfing the internet...they can play havoc with your computers.

Here is a site to download a free program called Ad aware which you can install and scan your system...

Once you download it...please be sure to read the help file to make sure you use it correctly.
