Hi, everyone!

Stopping by to say I'm still here even though I haven't posted in a couple of weeks.

I've pretty much pulled out of the 5 month depressive episode and am currently being weaned off and down from some of the meds.

Since I resigned my job (best thing I've done) and haven't begun seeking another one yet, I'm working through a temporary agency. I basically signed up due to a special project they were recruiting for - scoring school standardized tests. It is also somewhat stressful and mainly tiring staring at a computer screen for 5 hours, but it's back in my field and an area I enjoy.

I also gave my 2 months notice to vacate my current apartment. I've been here and love it. I love the area, I love how close I am to my pharmacy (a big thing for those of us on meds!!) my church, major shopping, etc. It's also a great apartment community with wonderful office personnel, maintenace people...well, you get the idea.

But, I can't afford it any longer. Even if I was still in my former job (which is why I moved to this part of town in the first place) I couldn't afford it as rent in this area is going sky high.

I broke down in tears when I handed in my notice. (Whyyyyy can't I hold tears back??)

So anyway am now in "apartment shopping mode."

And that's where I've been lately!
