I've said for a long time- never mind stereotypes, it's what you feel in your own gut. There are female mechanics who like football but they feel inherently female. There are men who dress in pink and play with Barbies who know they are still men.
Personally, I am neither a man nor a woman. I have no association with the lumps and bumps my body may or may not have and what I have between my legs is of no relevance to who I am as a person. It is hard to explain to people who do have a gender identity what is like to feel you aren't what they see in front of their eyes.
