Are you getting help for your moodswings? I know it has been difficult for my husband to deal with my moods. I didn't feel very sorry for him because I was hurting a heck of a lot more then he was so he should just stop his whining. Now that I am feeling better and am dealing with a teenage daughter and her new found hormones I understand a little bit of how he felt. He tells me that it is easier to deal with my moods when I tell him what is going on even if it is "I am feeling sad but I am not sure why." Then he knows that I am not upset with him. Otherwise he starts wondering what he has done to upset me even though my mood has nothing to do with him.
Take care,
Zen
