Hi, I don't have an answer to the cause of your state of being, but I just wanted to let you know your not alone. I feel this way too. Everyone is different, my doctor says it is anxiety and not related to anything else. And honestly, I am having a difficult time accepting anxiety as being the sole reason for such a great disruption in my thoughts and life.
The only advice I can lend you is to see if you qualify for any medical care provided by your state or government. It is worth investigating.
Also, I was curious- have you talked about this with anyone in-person? Last thing you want to do is keep feelings bottled up inside.
It sounds like you're going through a difficult time. It is impossible to self-diagnosis. Organic causes should always be ruled out by professionals through tests, assessments and the evaluation symptoms. The biological possibilities are endless and there can be external factors at play. Anything is possible it could be nutritional deficits, an external stressor(s), or disease.
No matter what, don't give up on yourself! Try to tap into as many local resources that you can find, including your friends and family.
