I went for 3 years as a teenager, i found it useless. I saw a different person every week and they moaned at me when i wouldn't open up. I used to stare out the window for the hour but that's MY experience. I also recently found out after 3 years in 1 hour sessions a week they could not make and dx and were unclear. Good Luck.
