Then someone will come out and take care of me. And that it would cost me .75cents page, I think. Since I was being taken care of for a couple of years at this particular place it may be a steep bill. But it's important that I have it.

I have a problem avoidance method I use. it is called M.M. >something<
in M.M. , call and speak to another person, see if you get the
same information, if you are told different, or that you will need some
id, like birth certificate or S.S. I. card to access these records, then
having made the call will save you a wasted trip.
