you nailed it. I could go to the gym, I could eat healthier but I don't. I can usually be "good" during the day with my eating, but then when I get home from work--watch out! funny, I'm on day 19 of abstaining from alcohol and it's a breeze. but food? (or smoking for that matter) I just can't get a grasp.
I realize now need to work harder on my depression issues. thanks, everyone, and thanks feary for posting this!
