Me too!

It's that time of year, here. Whenever the time falls back I guess the SAD kicks in and all I want to do is sleep. I'm like a hibernating bear!

Work, Eat, Sleep, Repeat ...

Do discuss it with your therapist, because even if you don't know what's causing it, it's real and talking about it will help.

If you want to stay in bed all weekend that's okay too. I call those "snoozefests".

Recovery is hard work, and you're right about it zapping all your energy ... So, don't be too hard on yourself and enjoy whatever amount of rest you need to recharge those batteries!
