Does anyone have a difficult time making decisions when you are feeling depressed? I feel like that's the main way for me to know something is up for me....I have a list of things to do, which include every day things - laundry, call a friend, workout, finish a craft project, or give the dog a bath. I just can't decide what I want to do first - my mind goes to things like, when should I workout, since I have to show, er after, or should I do laundry early or after dinner. I just can't seem to make sense of the stuff I need to do. So instead, I sit down and do nothing and just watch tv.
Does anyone have suggestions as to how to make a plan for the day or how to somehow figure out what to do first?
